The purpose of this Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) is to invite applications and proposals and then to select, where appropriate, companies wishing to use the port of Cherbourg to set up or develop permanent or temporary MRE activities, of an industrial or logistical nature, and requiring a stretch of water or ground near the quays.
The proposed port areas concern approximately 50 hectares of existing grounds and a water area of several hectares, for the period 2024/2027.
The bid is not binding on the parties.

The procedure complies with French Ordonnance no. 207-562 of 19 April 2017, concerning the issuance of public domain occupation permits, which must be subject to a specific procedure depending on the activity carried out in the context of the occupation.
